Stacey brings a wealth of experience and a passion for caring to her role as Chris’s Child Care manager. With a background in the care industry, Stacey joined our team in September 2017 and has been instrumental in creating a nurturing and supportive environment for our staff and children.
Having worked as a care assistant for older people for ten years, Stacey developed a deep understanding of the importance of empathy, compassion, and attention to detail. This background seamlessly transitioned into her work with children, where she now finds joy in watching them learn and grow.
Stacey’s dedication to her role is evident in her commitment to ongoing professional development. She holds a Level 3 qualification in childcare, ensuring that she remains up to date with the latest practices and standards in early childhood education. Additionally, she possesses first aid qualifications, prioritizing the safety and well-being of all the children under her care.
As the Manager, Stacey is pivotal in maintaining a smooth operation. She oversees day-to-day planning, ensures compliance with regulatory guidelines, and leads our team by example. Stacey’s leadership skills, organizational abilities, and strong communication make her an invaluable asset to our centre.

Meet Our Deputy Manager – Lydia
We are delighted to introduce Lydia, our dedicated Deputy Manager at Chris’s Childcare. With her love for children and extensive personal experience as a mother of five, Lydia brings a deep understanding and a nurturing touch to her role.
Lydia joined our team in October 2018 and quickly became integral to our childcare family. Her genuine passion for working with children shines through in every interaction. Lydia’s natural ability to connect with children and her caring and patient demeanour make her a beloved figure in our centre. As a mother, Lydia understands parenthood’s joys, challenges, and much more. This experience has further fuelled her desire to create a warm and supportive environment where children can flourish. Her empathy and compassion enable her to forge strong relationships with the children and their families, establishing trust and fostering open communication. Lydia is committed to expanding her knowledge and honing her skills in early childhood education. Her dedication to professional growth demonstrates her unwavering commitment to providing the highest quality care and education to the children.
Lydia’s role as the Deputy Manager encompasses a wide range of responsibilities. When Lydia is not dedicating her time to Chris’s Childcare, she cherishes precious moments spent with her children—Lucas, Layla, Marley, Maci, and Maeve. As a mother of five, she understands families’ diverse needs and dynamics.
Introducing Jane – 3rd in Charge and Baby Room Specialist
We are thrilled to introduce Jane, a valued Chris’s Childcare team member. With her Level 3 qualification and extensive experience in early childhood education, Jane plays a crucial role as our 3rd in Charge and specializes in providing exceptional care in the baby room.
Jane joined our team in June 2021, bringing a wealth of knowledge and expertise from her previous role as a room leader in another nursery. Her dedication to nurturing the youngest members of our community is evident in her warm and caring approach.
As a Level 3 qualified professional, Jane deeply understands child development and the unique needs of infants. Her knowledge allows her to create a safe and stimulating environment where babies can explore, learn, and develop essential skills at their own pace.
